Controlled induction hardening of the forged head guarantees its resistance to deformation or chipping during use. The structure of the ash wood from which the handle is made guarantees its high flexibility at a relatively low weight. These features increase safety and comfort of work. A steel ring + wooden wedge improves the secure attachment of the head to the handle.

At the same time, pouring these elements with epoxy resin additionally stiffens and protects the working part against loss of volume of the wooden elements combined with the head.
