When removing old paintwork or stubborn dirt, you may need a disc brush. This is a replaceable accessory that can be mounted to drills, screwdrivers, and angle grinders. A 6-millimeter shank or other M14 internal thread is used for this purpose. A disc brush is useful for precision work or for sanding in hard-to-reach places. The steel wire can remove or dull paint, as well as polish non-ferrous metals or wood. Disc brushes are available in diameters from 60 to 115 millimeters.
