The door frame screw is a mounting product used in construction. The sleeve is designed to expand inside the hole as the screw is driven in. This allows for very precise fastening and a secure fit.
The KO metal door frame connector is designed for use in holes drilled in solid substrates such as concrete, ceramic, and silicate bricks. It is intended for fastening window and door frames. It is also suitable for fastening other elements that will exert a constant load on the connector.
The STALCO KO plug is a product that allows for quick and precise assembly. This element is available in several sizes, but regardless of length, the minimum embedment in the substrate is 40 mm.
FEATURES:
PRODUCT MATERIAL:
Sleeve and screw made of electro-galvanized carbon steel. Fire resistance classification: Class A1. Fasteners covered with an electrolytic zinc coating with a thickness of not less than 5µm.
APPLICATION:
For solid materials such as ordinary concrete C20/25.
STALCO KO expansion fasteners are designed for non-structural fastenings of frames, windows or doors, as well as for other fastenings of statically loaded building elements. It can be used in substrates made of ordinary, non-cracked, reinforced or unreinforced concrete of class C20/25 · C50/601, solid ceramic bricks with a compressive strength of not less than 15N/mm2, solid ceramic bricks with a compressive strength of not less than 20 N/mm2, as well as solid silicate bricks with a compressive strength of not less than 20N/mm2.
