Metal hammer-in expansion plug KSMM, sleeve ø5.7×40 mm STALCO KSMM-6×40

The metal expansion plug is a fastening element used for mounting lightweight loads. The driven pin is made of steel and coated with a zinc layer that protects against corrosion. The sleeve is metal and manufactured from a ZnAl alloy.

The metal hammer-in expansion plug is intended for use in solid substrates. It performs well in concrete bases and is suitable for multi-point fastening of elements. Installation is very simple and intuitive—just insert the plug into the prepared hole and strike it with a hammer. KSMM anchors must be installed in holes with a minimum depth of 25 mm.

Example of Use

KSMM expansion plugs are designed for non-structural, multi-point fixings of statically loaded building elements in substrates. Metal fasteners are suitable for plain concrete, reinforced and non-reinforced, uncracked concrete of at least class C20/25.
