Metal pin with additional notching prevents backward movement during installation and stops pin extrusion under large temperature changes over years of use
Highest quality certified by European Technical Assessment (ETA) and CE marking
Two anchoring zones: 30 mm and 70 mm
Fast installation and ability to mount thicker insulation at 30 mm anchoring
Increased anchoring strength at 70 mm
Special design ensures maximum load capacity up to 1.5 kN
High rigidity (1.0 kN/mm) and disc strength (2.60 kN)
Can be mounted flush or recessed
Mon - Fri: 08:00 / 16:00
Insulation pins with two anchoring zones and metal pin are designed for mounting facade thermal insulation on all standard substrates.
Two anchoring zones (30 mm and 70 mm) allow flexible installation depending on substrate quality:
30 mm for standard or high-quality substrates → reduces drilling time and allows use of shorter fasteners for given insulation thickness
70 mm for weaker substrates → increases anchoring strength
Suitable for polystyrene boards and mineral wool
