• Insulation pins with extended expansion zone and plastic pin reinforced with glass fiber are designed for mounting facade thermal insulation to all standard substrates.
• Two anchoring zones (30 mm and 70 mm) allow flexible installation depending on substrate quality:
  • 30 mm for standard or high-quality substrates → reduces drilling time and allows use of shorter fasteners for the given insulation thickness
  • 70 mm for weaker substrates → increases anchoring strength
• Suitable for polystyrene boards and mineral wool

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Drill a 10 mm hole of appropriate depth and clean with a drill
2. Insert the pin into the hole; the disc must be flush with the insulation surface
3. Set the pin by hammering
