Mounting Disc for KTS Pins ø120 mm, T30 tip STALCO S-12530

The KOSZ63 basket allows for the simultaneous milling of insulating material and installation of the KTS plug. For use with ZTB62 and ZTS62 thermal insulation plugs. It significantly simplifies and speeds up the deep installation of KTS plugs. It is manufactured using high-quality plastic with good strength parameters. It complements the KTS plugs with a screw-in steel pin and can be used for fastening polystyrene and mineral wool insulation boards.
The plug basket has a diameter of 63 mm.

PRODUCT MATERIAL:
The sleeve is made of high-quality polypropylene copolymer, while the steel expanding pin is coated with polyamide enriched with glass fiber, which reduces the occurrence of thermal bridges. 
APPLICATION:
Set for installing thermal insulation to building materials such as class C concrete, ceramic brick, aggregate concrete, and aerated concrete. Works well with insulation up to 260 mm thick. 
The plug can be used for attaching polystyrene boards and insulation wool sheets to vertical surfaces.
