Metal pin coated with plastic prevents thermal bridging
Additional ribbing stops pin from moving backward during installation and prevents pin ejection at high temperature changes over years of use
Highest quality certified by European Technical Assessment (ETA) and CE marking
Two anchoring zones: 30 mm and 70 mm
Fast installation and ability to mount thicker insulation at 30 mm anchoring
Increased anchoring strength at 70 mm
Special design ensures max load capacity up to 1.5 kN
High rigidity (1.0 kN/mm) and strength (2.60 kN) of the disc
Can be mounted flush or recessed
Mon - Fri: 08:00 / 16:00
Designed for mounting facade thermal insulation (EPS, mineral wool) to standard substrates
Two anchoring zones (30 mm and 70 mm) allow for flexible installation depending on substrate quality:
30 mm for standard substrates → faster drilling, shorter fasteners
70 mm for weaker substrates → increased anchoring strength
Prevents thermal bridging and ensures long-term stability
Compatible with polystyrene boards and mineral wool
FEATURES:
Metal pin coated with plastic prevents thermal bridging and features ribbing to prevent backward movement and ejection over years
Highest quality certified by ETA and CE
Two anchoring zones: 30 mm and 70 mm
Fast installation with thicker insulation possible at 30 mm anchoring
Increased anchoring strength at 70 mm
Special design ensures load capacity up to 1.5 kN
High rigidity (1.0 kN/mm) and strength (2.60 kN) of the disc
Surface or recessed installation possible
PRODUCT MATERIAL:
Fastener: polypropylene
Pin: galvanized steel with plastic insulation
APPLICATION:
For mounting facade insulation (EPS, mineral wool) on concrete or masonry substrates
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Drill a 10 mm hole of appropriate depth and clean with drill bit
