Metal cutter for mineral wool FDM

The FDM metal cutter for mineral wool and polystyrene is a tool designed for building insulation works. It enables the creation of regular holes in mineral wool boards, polystyrene, and other insulation materials for insulation plugs that reduce thermal conductivity. Made of steel, it ensures repeatable hole quality and long service life.

The metal cutter is useful for recessed installation of insulation anchors. It allows quick drilling of a hole in the top layer of the insulation board and mounting the anchor. The hole diameter is 67 mm, matched to anchors and plugs, which speeds up installation. The cutter allows drilling holes up to 20 mm deep.

The FDM cutter should be mounted in a power screwdriver. Installation is quick and efficient. The cutter precisely removes material across the entire surface, leaving the hole ready for further work. It is intended for preparing holes for ZTM, ZTB, and ZTSZ plugs, which prevent thermal bridges that appear as unsightly stains.

Installation Instructions:

1. Cut a hole in the insulation material to the required depth.

2. Drill a hole in the wall and install the insulation anchor.

3. Insert the recessed anchor with a mineral wool or polystyrene plug.
